  • I love your dish draining shelves! What a great idea. And your cutting surface so close to stove as well as sink. But what's with the refrig so far away? I cooked on charter sail boats for a few years, and wow, those were fabulous kitchens (galleys). To put on a meal for 8 while under sail and not having to take a full step to reach anything, Now that's effiiciency! Thanks for this video, its good to see how others handle land living.
