  • @MrSkull86 ever heard the stuff that Marty or Dave released when they were 15? NO...tbecause they didnt release anything until years after. The early stuff from EVERY band was very basic and simple...just like these kids...listen to Kill 'Em All and listen to Black/Load/Reload/S&M/St.Anger...HUGE differences from starting to ending. No matter what you compare them to, no matter how basic it sounds...they sold records!!

  • This song is the shit. These guys are talented. good thing they hit puberty and developed a voice before attempting this. Makes me wanna get a loan and start a record company.

  • @ritter89 Seriously? Dude if ur depressed, mad at the world, suicidal or even just having thoughts of suicide, i reccomend you seek out a psychiatrist. Or even apply for an anger management class. It certainly wouldn't hurt to try. The psychological help may do you wonders. Or maybe, if that's not enough, seek out a hobby. Maybe get really good at guitar and post some videos on youtube and then get hated on by some jealous douchebag by the name of "ritter89" Just a thought. :)

  • @ritter89 oh yeah, where did you get your info on Silverchair, the band didn't break up, they did have "A" break for like 2 years to do side projects, but never broke up, they are huge in Australia, and are still coming out with albums, and the singer didn't go bald, he cut his hair man.

  • @ritter89 Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin already set the standards for modern metal in the 70's, and the Beatles were packing arenas, Metal is still going strong, there is just more competition from different genres, and Mutt only produced 3 of Def Leppards albums, and On Threw The Night was their first album, High and Dry was 2, and AC/DC were already packing huge crowds before Highway To Hell, and I don't know what you mean by saying when record companies still existed because they still do.

  • @sk8oblivion And you're a functionally illiterate moron who can't write. Good luck finding decent employment, you douchebag.

  • @abranthetimekeeper Yeah, but that was 1981, almost 30 yrs ago, when the entire music industry was different and record companies still existed. Also, modern "metal" music had not even been invented yet and that whole stadium anthem rock sound was just becoming popular. You can thank Mutt Lange (producer for Leppard, ACDC and dozens of other major acts) for the unique sound on their first album (High and Dry). These guys are in a genre that doesn't exist anymore. It's like retro music/novelty

  • @bub1mark If you think that this is impressive playing then you most likely don't play guitar (or any instrument) yourself. Of course I can play like them and so can any first year guitar student.. They're simply strumming rudimentary cords that just about any novice/intermediate guitar student will pick up after just a few weeks of practice. If you have zero idea how to play an instrument then almost anything sounds/looks remarkable. The vocals are more impressive than the guitar playing.

  • @ritter89 ur a douschebag.
