Arthur(196 lbs) Bench Presses 500lbs three reps. I am a powerlifter and my goal is to get to 1100. I'm only 19. Bench 530 Squat 605 Deadlift 640 Bent over row 455. Any tips of training comment me. I bench 315 for 17 reps and 405 for a good 8 on a good day. I also use powerlifting in other stuff such as curls and skull crushers and pull ups. Pullups i did 3 reps with 135lbs on my dip belt. Dips i did an additional 5 plates on my belt for 2 reps on a good day and concentration curl 1 hand 95 good form 1 rep. On a curl machine(hammer strength) I one hand curled 3 plates and a 25 plus whatever the machine weighs so that's like 170-185 about and also hammer strength lat pulldown i do 5 plates and a 35 for 1 good rep on a good day. No steroids.
