  • Good morning Ash, My name is Don I live In Mulberry In.I've enjoyed your videos for some time. I've been researching ceramic grill for weeks. I hated to spend that much money on a grill but I justified it by comparing it to buying a new washer and dryer. Once you have spent the money, you forget about how much it cost and move on to the joy of owning it. Weather today is in the 20's and I just put on 2 pastrami. The Grill dome is a better built unit than the others. I look forward to more video

    Hi Don,

It's a small world as I have allot of family in Goshen, and try to get there every year for the Quilt sale in September. Your right, a Ceramic cooker is expensive but more than worth the money. Enjoy your new toy and do some great cooking!

    Ash

  • It was an indirect cook so I either used the plate setter or the DD in the down with either a frying pan or a clay flower pot bottom. Was a great meal.
