This is ASUS's "bang for the buck" winner for X79 in my opinion. It doesn't have some of the bells and whistles of the higher end boards, but the performance features are definitely there.

@halo3Ftw1 no, lga 1155 cpus only fit in 1155 sockets, I suggest you either, buy a motherboard which supports intel i7 2600k or buy a cpu which is lga2011
