  • @thinguyen03 So basically you do not like Tiramisu? Then why are you watching this video? O, you DO like Tiramisu? Then what is the problem with Mascarpone cheese? Tiramisu is and should be made with Mascarpone, so the fact that you do not like Mascapone should be irrelevant.

  • This video is well shot - shows the essential bits very clearly

    ie. how each whipped stage should looks like, and included brief mention of whipping time for the eggs & sugar (I had problems with this stage!)
