I am sorry I should qualify...baddest shit I have heard in a long time!!!!!! of course there are all the great cats proceeding NIls!! but how many jazz artists currently reaching an audience are really stretching and trading on new ground? my friend, just for a very parochial frame of reference I was a HUGE fan of Michael Urbaniak and had the great honor to tour with that maestro with two different groups....so I dig..OK not the Baddest.....I do know the music!!!!! just love this manifestation

If you do not know this kind of music and do not like of present changes of jazz really, simply drop it. Or listen a different, similar. Michal Urbaniak this my countryman and I learned to listen near his music jazz also. He changed own style from years by years.
