It took me years to find this song. I first heard it on Attack of the Show years ago, then a bunch of other places. Never found it until I checked the website whatsthatcalled.

The song is "Do I Look Good In This" from KPM Music, composed by Bill Baylis, on album "KPM 414 - The Vinyl Remixes." It's a "Big Beat remix of 60s pop theme 'Hot Pants'" by Alan Hawkshaw and Alan Parker on KPM 1080 - Flute For Moderns." It's library music, aka production music, which is what made it so difficult to find.
