A UFO doesn't need to have lights inside because when it goes invisible, the occupants and the UFO parts (instruments, structures, etc.) can be seen in the infrared. Also, when it goes invisible, outside light comes inside the craft! Subscribe! :) How 2 make something invisible: decrease the attractive forces between oppositely-charged particles so that electrons orbit further away from nuclei and therefore can't absorb/reflect light photons but only infrared and possibly lower energy photons.
