You should follow your own advice.

There is a loop hole in this that would allow defendants accused of child abuse, domestic violence, vehicular manslaughter, and other crimes to effectively escape prosecution and incarceration by entering drug treatment programs instead.

I don't know about you but i consider child abuse, domestic abuse and vehicular manslaughter violent. n

child abuse and vehicular is manslaughter. The more common eligible charges would be: possesion for sales, transportation, and possesion for personal use. I say YES to Prop 5 because it makes more room for the murderers, rapist, and child molesters. Those are the real criminals. YES Prop 5

Sorry, I meant to add that you should read more about this in your General Election guide. Any reasonable person can read through the arguments and see this is something they should vote YES on.

Feinstein is completely out of touch if she is against prop 5, what the heck is she thinking?

It allocates $460,000,000 annually to expand and improve drug treatment programs THAT HAVE BEEN PROVEN TO WORK! It basically takes non-violent drug offenders out of the jail system and puts them into rehab programs, this not only saves our bankrupt state money, but it saves our morality.

Incarcerating non-violent people is immoral, VOTE YES ON PROP 5!!
