330 Van Ness Cottages Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on January 18, 2012. 330 Van Ness Cottages is a infill community in downtown Fresno built by GV Urban a division of Granville Homes. These rental units are not your typical apartments. Each unit features 1400 sq. ft., 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and an attached 2 car garage.
