Hey Mark,
You have had some really good tips, I started out with bans. When i got started with ebay I used bans and my own site creation process using wordpress and various plugins.
I really do not use bans anymore, it is too confining. While you can create unique content with bans their is still a foot print with the themes and they also rely on ebay category numbers.
When (not if) Ebay changes the cat number, then your screwed so to speak.

I, personally, honestly don't know yet (arghh!). I've been doing some borderline blackhat/greyhat to produce traffic and get paid downloads... err... downloaded. A site that gives me money Every time people download a file from me. This is building readership in the other posts in that site which is evident from referrals I'm accruing.
Getting into your videos lately, I think you're a really cool dude and I'm appreciative the you are sharing these experiences with us Very cool.
