Fine Woodworking magazine Contributing Editor Roland Johnson gets an exclusive first look at the new Delta Unisaw the day before its official unveiling at the IWF woodworking trade show being held Aug. 20 to 23 in Atlanta, Ga. Johnson talks with Michael Boie, Delta Product Manager, to learn about the saw's major features, including an adjustable riving knife, front-mounted blade controls, and integrated dust collection.
The Unisaw, invented in 1937, defined the modern tablesw. Fine Woodworking, founded in 1975, is the premier source for projects, techniques, and news for professional woodworkers and hobbyists alike.
Priced one of these today, WOW 3500.00 + Tax. That should get it price out of the common man woodshop without any problem. Good luck Delta, your gonna need it.

I saw (pun intended!) this thing at a Wood crafting shop the other day, and man is it nice! You can just tell its very well built. I wish my Woodshop at school could afford to replace their old Unisaw with this new, advanced unit.
