  • My family and I have simply fallen in love with Galveston! We have vacationed there every year and we have made a connection with the island we can't ignore so we are moving permenantly to the city in October! Oklahoma city is just too drab for us! Galveston, here we come!

  • @TheBigdaddygroove We can't wait for you to join us! If you need help with anything check galvestoncom tips!

  • MAN I LOVE THIS PLACE! i live in Alabama and went here once on vacation and wish I could be there everyday! its amazing. if i lived there it would be nice to get away from the thugs and gangs of Birmingham and get to the nice friendly coasts.

  • @transfandude Thank you, we love Gulf Shores, Alabama which isn't far from you! Don't forget to check out events in June located in the Coming up on Galveston Island playlist on our channel

  • Galveston is awesome! I take my family out there 3-4 times a year. It's about a 4 hour drive, but it's worth it. My favorite place to eat down there is a place call "The Spot." I love the fried pickles.... Yes, there are some not-so-clean hotels, but they are not your only choice. I prefer the "Victorian." It's very nice and clean and it's not expensive at all. If you have a little more money to spend, you can stay at the "San Luis." It is amazing! Galveston has a rich history, check it out.

  • yall haten on galveston!

and if you think it looks ugly

then go clean it your self.... not every city you see is going to look pretty

  • i'm sooo happy i'm moving there this summer!!!!!!!!!! :)

  • @chocmerle sorry it was built after the storm lol

  • @TheBigdaddygroove I also, live in Oklahoma city & I wish I had a dad like you who would spontaneously move hundreds of miles away because THAT'S the place that you'd be happy living in! I've wanted to move there ever since I went there for the first time 4 years ago.

  • I love galveston. My dad lives right at kemah, yet we still only go every saturday..

  • Have visited from the UK since 1970 and love it, love it, love it!

  • Galveston is awesome you guys it's been around for over a hundred years! It used to be the Nation's main gulf export location and survived/rebuilt so many times after hurricanes, including Ike. It's like it never dies! Oh btw if you wanna go, the Hotel Galvez is really nice and the ONLY building to ever survive the Great Hurricane of 1900.

  • @TheBigdaddygroove I was born in Oklahoma City

  • last time i went to qalveston there were black people and white people so dont be talkinq shit about mexicans..

  • @theBigDaddygroove congratulations :)
