im presuming this is turbo'd from the waste gate u can hear? What turbo is it running? used to know some one with a N/A metro 1.8 VVC and that was stupid

I believe it was kicking out around 180 bhp the guy driving the metro has cossies as well this is a good example of how well they can go with the vvc engine when in the right hands. If only rover had the foresight to make this as standard it would have killed the competition in the day, a metro with a 1.8vvc engine i s in a different league to a 1.4, std 8.6 secs 0-60mph, vvc will do 60 in mid 5's with the pg1 gearbox as it can hit 70 in 2nd :O

Funny how it turned into a full blown race. i laughed when you caught up to the orange car then i realsied it was a Metro! it held of that cossie for ages lol
