There was no "propeller fail"... Engine and propeller were full power as can be seen and heard. He entered a stall and then went into a right spin. He momentarily recovered from the spin and had lift but he was at that point to low to recover. He then re-enters the stall trying to pull back on the stick to avoid the ground. You can see that by the hard right ailerons and the elevators fully up (back stick). Too late. I'm sure both people on board didn't survive that hit.

Not enough time for airspeed to recover from stall.
