Bagel Restaurant and Deli, Skokie IL

Erin and I ate lunch with her cousin Paul and Auntie Shigeko at The Bagel Restaurant and Deli, in Skokie Il. In te great tradition of New York deli restaurants such as Junior's in Brooklyn and Carnegie Deli in Manhattan, The Bagel in Skokie (a suburb of Chicago) serves great big tasty meals, including a humongous souo called the Mish-Mash that includes chicken noodle soup, a giant matzoh ball, rice, kashi and kreplach, a dumping. Great meal!

Haha you too? On google street our old house is still there after all these years. I checked out Niles West high school and my god they have a professional paved track, huge indoor swimming pool (more than 1 I think), and a private driving training course. Ugh when I moved to California the high school was crap in comparison. It's not even a terribly rich neighborhood. Even some junior colleges in CA don't even come close to it. The only negative I saw was poor aging roads.

I used to live in skokie too! Regret moving but I was only a kid, didn't have much say. lol
