2010 Mountain Bike World Cup #6: Cross Country

The UCI Mountain Bike World Cup races at Windham Mountain in New York were the sixth and last stop on the season tour. in addition to the individual race winners, the overall season championships were up for grabs in downhill, four cross and cross country.

Cross country mountain bike racers are built for speed and endurance. They also have to be smart, tactical competitors to come out on top. This is a marathon of a race over a course designed to fool, frustrate and exhaust the best in the world. Another RadXSports video with Tony Lanza.

@mrpaintballdude1 The video is more fun to make too, our video from the 2011 MTB DH at Windham was a blast to edit. So many good shots to choose from. But people love to see XC racers, and it's a lot easier to shoot. We'll have our video from 2011 XC at Windham posted in a little bit.

Don't watch if you don't like XC. 19th is very respectable at world cup level. You would probably be crying halfway through. These guys are among the top athletes of the planet and however much you criticise them won't affect them so keep on bitching, fat fuck.

I do it sparingly and try to be unobtrusive, but it's a fact of online life that the more people I can get to subscribe, the higher my videos will show up in search results, which translates to more views and more money from the advertising that appears with the videos.
