My uncle went to the Texas Wrestling Academy when Milano was there. He said he was a nice guy that he would have these slow motion type Kobashi chop battles with this one guy from the school

Palsy is a medical term for a body part that becomes paralyzed. An example is Bell's Palsy (that JR is diagnosed as having) where half his face became paralyzed. The inferior oblique is a muscle in the eye that enables the eyeball to do things like rotate. It's actually a rare disorder to have.
