  • So beautiful, I have three Linnies. Do you breed or are they your pets?

  • I am a hand feeder.

I take in babies to hand feed.

    All the babies sold quickly.

gosh I miss them when they go!

    time for some more!

    ;-)

  • thank you!!

I am thinking the dark green one with the big eyes is a boy... but, I could be wrong!!

He is a very beautiful, smart bird.

I think I heard pretty bird this morning.

  • Mine screams and it's ear piercing... and all day long it chirps loudly --- i don't know what to do besides ignore the shrieks

  • what does lineolated mean?

  • Adorable! Also I noticed one parakeet had a band around her leg. Did you get her from a breeder?

  • I really love the Linnie's quirky personlities. I'm thinking about getting another one to keep my gal company....she was buddies with the parrotlet, but...well, the parrotlet didn't make it :(

  • I Have a question.. my Linnie laid eggs when we had a nesting box..there are two of them in the cage, but I found the eggs out of the nesting box. Could the eggs just be unfertilized? I also have a Rosella in the cage with them..but he's too big to fit inside of the box.

  • very cute! i have 2 linnies; an aqua (light blue) and a green one. i noticed that as they get older, they tend to get a little more violent and defensive?? not towards their owners, but towards others. btw, they were bought at seperate times, and they're kept separate (they don't like each other much). they were also hand raised

  • Thanks for the reply. They are beautiful
