It depends on the two ppl involved. If the american guys is a jerk, than yes he should be locked up. We do have those idiots here, unfortunately. However most guys are decent and some are even old-fashioned about their love for another woman and their beliefs, and many of them are finding American women do not share their core beliefs about love and marriage.
