MIX SEAFOOD SOUP
1 cup boiled Ching's Secret Hakka Noodles
1 tsp Ching's Secret Soy Sauce
1 tsp Ching's Secret Chilli Vinegar
10-12pcs sliced fish
10-12pcs diced prawns
½ cup mushrooms, blanched
½ cup diced cabbage
½ cup sliced carrot
4 cups water/chicken stock/fish stock
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ tsp sesame oil
Method:
Boil the fish and prawn pieces and keep aside. Pour 4 cups of water/chicken stock/fish stock in a pan, add the vegetables, sauces, fish and prawn pieces, mix and let it boil. Adjust the seasonings with salt and pepper and add sesame oil. Place the boiled noodles in the serving bowl, pour the prepared soup and serve hot.
