@cqbkajukenbo Just by what I measured, its about 1.7"The neck feels really solid to me (it's a bolt on Mahogany) and the sustain is pretty good. The best way to describe the sound is deep, mellow and soulful. I know I'm sounding like a commercial, but this guitar (at least for me and I don't claim to be an expert) is the bomb for the money. I'm sure for a more experienced guitar player, changes will be made and customized, but still you won't be disappointed.

@gooseman613 : i'll have to unpack my cord and amp as we just moved recently. The sound is really pretty nice. It doesn't sound at all like a cheap guitar and it's very bluesy.

Does anyone know what country they are made in? and can we get a demo video to see how it sounds please?

@boyd5647 : There is a link in my description which leads to a video of someone playing this type of guitar. The older models of this guitar were made in the USA but now I believe Silvertone by Samick (Samick Music Corp.) are made in Korea or Indonesia. Mine is a 2005 model and made in the USA.
