Wouldn't it had been better to show where to place the thermometer in a turkey, on a flat surface, and not in a roaster pan where the insertion is not clear at all? A close-up of this insertion with the turkey being on a flat surface would be a great plus! Otherwise, your demo was a wasted time. Sorry!

Good video. I would have liked a closer look at were exactly in the turkey thigh we should place the thermometer. This is the internet, no need to rush things like tired MSM.

If the thigh goes to 180 the breast will dry out as you have not covered it.
