This is a demonstraton of even count tubular peyote bead weaving stitch. This popular beading technique is used to cover round objects and make small purses. I give a short explaination of different types of seedbeads at the end.
I use size 8 cylinder beads in this demonstration.

  • Great video, thanks for showing us. Umm If you would want to include a flap to say cover an amulet bag, would you continue with the same stitch on one side, or do some thing different?

Also, do you know how to make candy cane earrings for Christmas gifts?

Love to see a video on that.

Thanks and have a Great day

  • @Bowfinger6383 Yes, just keep beading up one side to make a little flap to cover. Candy canes...mmmm. ;) I have to think about how to make a piece small enough for an earring, but with a curve for that classic candy cane look. (good grief, WHY are you thinking about Christmas already?? Weren't we just there?!??)

  • ewww! old used toilet paper roll. lmao! gross!

  • @dodgen8v Awe, you must be lost. The Phillip DeFranco show is in the basement. Take the stairs down, then follow the signs to "Nihilisim / Postmodernism." You might wanna bring some bug spray with you.

  • @tsummerlee

    Nice! you pwnd him!.

Funny, how you Did know that The Phillip DeFranco show is indeed in the basement.

  • @Bowfinger6383 I used to subscribe, unfortunately. I fell for it until the populist B.S. and deliberate ideological flim flam were impossible to ignore. I'm sure he's trying to be "funny," but confused little nihilists ain't funny. The fact that he's so popular is a sad testament on the culture, honestly. How decent folks like Shay Carl manage to stay friends with such an emotional vampire is a real mystery. You asked! (lol)

  • This is a great video! I've always wanted to know how to make an amulet bag. This approach with the toilet paper roll makes it really easy!
