The idea is to have the phone scratch-less when you decide to sell the phone when upgrading. And another reason to get the case right away is in case of dropping the phone.

I dont get it.... It seems all people get covers for their phones to prevent it from scratsching. Wouldnt it be better to get a case for yout phone aafter it has been scratched to hide the scratches? :P Just a thought
