He's a great sport, don't get me wrong, but this is just a bunch of, "Hey, look at me!" nonsense that he doesn't need to do. If he tries modeling after his career I might understand 'cause those guys still have to make a living but here he's sitting pretty with the money the commie government pays their top athletes.
About the medal thing, did a great routine but it had small mistakes, more than the other top routines. Even the gold medalist fucked up too much and shouldn't have won.

Definitely not an attention whore. He's got the best sportsmanship I've ever seen. And for the record, he DID hit routines, he DID win medals (6 of them in that competition alone), and he DID deserve a medal in Athens but got screwed by the judges.
