can you not match the displays on the 530 to the 500, seems like it wouldn't be so confusing. both of the heads up.. better equipment than i have in my jet.

Not really. The map on the PFD displays NAV and cultural data (roads, towns, etc), whereas the map on the 530 is mostly NAV data (airways, approaches, etc). There is no way to swap the PFD between the 530 and 500. It's not as sofisticated as the G1000, however for me its wonderful. I flew with steam gauges for twenty years so I am not complaining.

Fantastic video. I fly a Citation Mustang with the Gamin 1000 the new G500 looks like a very similar piece of kit. I mainly have air borne videos at the moment but i will respond to this by filming a B-RNAV departure from a large European airpiort and you'll be amazed how similar it is! Great video again, thanks for posting
