Here is a simple sweep that you can use once you get both of your opponent's arms to one side of your body. From there I show a nice option for taking the back.

  • Nice sweep. Do you have anything else you do once you have that initial grip on their wrist locked in? I use it sometimes to transition to a triangle, but I'd like other options.

  • @ZGSON my other main options are usually wrist lock or triangle unless i end up going for the failoplata
