More Advice for New Riders

Part II. I figured new riders might benefit from my experiences, being that I'm pretty new to this as well (2 years/16K on the odo).

Both parts 1 and 2 are great. I got my 2002 Road King Friday night and was looking for some good advice. Love the definition of a biker.

great vid mate, im looking at gettin a sportster soon, have you any experience with them, i love the look of them also they have been around for some 50 yrs so have stood the test of time, thanks for the advise, take it easy

@petehog72 Thanks! I've never ridden a Sporty. Wish I had! They are great bikes! Love the new 48. When I was first getting into riding, I thought about a Sportster, but everyone told me that I'd want to trade up to a bigger model, so I got a Softail Standard --three months later, I traded up to a Road King!

Get the Sportster and let the adventure begin! One warning: Do not ride on windy days on that bike. My friend Goochra got blown off the road and now he is a paraplegic.
