Quality carpet is made with quality yarn. At Catalina we tuft our products using the highest quality yarns in the industry. From the super fine thread like yarns in our velvet carpets to the large cable yarns used in our textures, loops, and shags all Catalina yarns systems are twisted and heat set to perform. At Catalina we produce a number of products which use yarns systems that are exclusive to us. In order to produce high styled, unique carpet products you must use yarns systems not available to other carpet mills. It requires countless hours and high-tech machinery in order to develop every yarn system used to produce Catalina products. Catalina will continue to use yarn innovation as a basis in developing new carpet products.
