16 Hours after math of an F2 Tornado in Waco

Oh yea I remember that night, and I remember the local news channels discussing the "aftermath" which I have recorded somewhere on VHS. One of these days one of us is gonna film actual footage of a tornado in Waco lol (Resident of Chalk Bluff SuperJohn)

Yeah when it was passing, I was in my apt too scared to shoot through the window. And it was great once I got to work and realized we didn't have any power and J-rigged our livetruck generators to make a low power newscasts. But I'm with you one of these days we will get one on cam.

How bad was Padgitt's damaged?

Not too bad, it was mainly exterior damage. Very minor interior from what I remember.

Yeah I remember this... I've since moved to Houston as well. This was nothing compared to Ike.

I remember this...It was the first time ive witnessed the sounds of a twister..It sounded like a train..

Man I used to live in Waco. I swear most of those buildings looked like that before the tornado. LOL

You could hear the whistling and rotaion in the skym although i never saw the actual tornado

i was watching tv they said there was a tornado warning...then the power went out and we had to hide in a closet

Yeah, this was on a Friday night, my lil daughter was so scared...And all you heard on da TV waz Andy Wallace warning us about this, I stayed off of Hi-Way 6 across from Providence....
