I started P90X in June 2010 at 330 lbs., 33% body fat, and a trip to the hospital under my belt. After two rounds of hard work and dedication, I lost 100 lbs. and am now at 17% body fat. I hope you enjoy the video!

WOWWW!! great job dude!! just a question, were u doin yoga on day 5.. cuz I just cant do p 90x yoga.. its gotaa be the hardest thing ever for me

@carpozi22 Yeah, I did the Yoga. Are you having problems with all of it? Or specific moves? Doing the X-Stretch on Day 7 definitely helps with "preparing" for Yoga as well.
