Connecticut's governor lifted the travel ban on the state's roads Saturday afternoon, but he urged residents to stay off the roads, if possible. At least five deaths in the U.S. were blamed on the overnight storm. (Feb. 9)

    It's amazing how unprepared Americans are for winter...they have all these stupid news reports and conferences to discuss snow fall.
