Ok the video is entertaining. But antigravity technology is not 'stable' enough for any practical application. The decay rate for antigravity matter is around 60ms or so. And this is only achieved by bombarding Element 115 with protons to produce 116. I think what they are confusing for antigravity would be antimagnetics. The same methods used for pyramid building or the building of Coral Castle by Ed Leedskalnin. They are taking politics and sci fi propaganda and mixing it.
