Yes. in DAEMON Tools Lite, Pro, Standard. But, with the ".cue" file (not directly). I'm not sure about the new versions 'cause I don't use DAEMON Tools.

@rx7boy99 No. Because dll files are not archive files, they are simply a dynamic link library containing the executable routines of a program. But if you mean you want to see the code inside, then you mean reverse engineering not decompressing, there are other tools for it.
