swear on my mums life i aint lying, i couldnt catch this dick, i had 36 ultra balls and had used 35 of them, still hadnt caught him, i was down to my last one so i was like may as well, and u wont believe i caught the mothafucka xD

I bet a Sceptile with False Swipe and a Gardevoir with Hypnosis would work out right to catch Regice.

Easiest way for ALL legendaries: TIMER BALLS. Catch rate for all the legendaries is 3. Ultra balls' value is only 2. After 20 turns, the timer ball is STRONGER than the ultra ball. And after 30 turns (not required), you may as well call it a master ball, since its value is 4.
Grab a ton of ultra balls and hyper potions to just keep the battle going as long as 20-30 turns. You can attack it if you want, but try not to let it faint (obviously).

When I done this back in 2003-2004 it took me 6hours to catch Regice in a pokeball.... Good times.
