A short clip about a car getting hit by a missile. This is my first test video using Videocopilot Action Essentials 2. compositing work was done in After Effects. original 3d model from artist-3d.com.

  • Definitely one of the bests. Additionally, car's take off physics is very very good. I understand the modelling in 3d tools and renderring as image sequences but how did you handle the physics of the motion? Did the 3D-Max do it for you? Or you mess with it manually?

  • @yassag The animation of the car was done completely with 3d max's reactor physics engine.

  • Really great job. The only thing that kills the illusion for me is that the blast of light from the explosion doesn't interact with the car.
