It's ashame for the govt,for Annan to handle matters concerning our country in a geniune clean heart.I think it would the best thing for Kibaki and Raila to step aside and let ANNAN run the govt for the remaining period till next elections. Im sure they will be glad to learn something and thank me later.

guys. kibaki and raila, balala,ngilu musalia were the initiators of this violence yet they are here negotiating their terms. judge, jury and executor...all at the same time good luck!!!! this will end nowhere. kibaki can agree to it because he has accomlished his dream as president.Raila is mincing his words beacuse one wrong move and he wil loose support

Kibaki and Raila should be on the Hague list. They have failed Kenyans, they don't want any reforms and all they want is eat eat and eat more. Kibaki and Raila don't care what happens in 2012, it is ironic that a foreigner like Annan cares more than the 2.

Having both Tribunal and Hague Koffi is asking the murderers how they want to go to Hell -via lethal injection or hanging.

Kofi Annan please take do what is best for Kenyans not what is good for Kibaki or Raila Odinga. The voice of the people spoke along time ago that we needed the financiers of 2007 - 2008 election violence prosecuted in the Hague - Netherlands. We want you to stick to kenyans wishes and not to drag your feet like what you did with the Rwanda situation. We need more lifes come 2012.
