@gaza404 Your comment is a year old, but maybe you're still having trouble lol so I'll help anyways: the sound has to do with your amplifier mostly, Peaveys usually make a good crisp sound like the one in this video, so I would recommend testing out a few new amps to find the sound you like.

@gaza404 The tuning for The Great Escape is in Standard E tuning. Top string is an E not D. Thanks for the comment :)
