Just showing you how to create a better mold using InstantMold and legos. I also rant like an idiot as usual but that's only because the voices in my head has so much to say...
It would be better to notch the first mold by cutting an edge off (always better to cut only a single edge) and then use the fresh Instant Mold to fill the new gap created by the notch. After it cures you have a pre-notched area that you do not have to drill into.
