Hey, I'm new to these lifts, at the moment I can clean 85kg and clean and press 80kg, I've been told if my technique was correct I'd manage 100kg, but I know I need to work on my front squats as this is the bit I skip in the exercise... the exercise at 1:30, will that help to increase weight on a clean? Is there any risk to pullin my back?
@DubStepBangers I'm not a braniac with weight but what i do know is that you should get your technique to perfection first before adding weights.
