Funky RIBBON Pom Pom hairbow tutorial (loops and puffs OH MY!)

Loops, Puffs and Funk...OH MY!

**Please note, if you would like a fuller pom pom, use more ribbon strips. The measurements used in this tutorial are for my 3 month old's headband/hairclip.

Also, want the pom pom ROUND? Just pull tighter on your thread. Want a more oblong shape? Pull a little looser

Soooo cute!! So to secure your loops, did you glue or stitch? Which one is better? I would think that the stitching is better cuz u can't put the needle thru the glue but the stitch might come apart. Please reply. I'm dying to make this bow and I need to know so I can make it!!!!!!!!!

@berg11199 I have done both. For the video I glued because I was in a rush, The ones that I "tested" on were all sewn. I find it a hassle to sew all little pieces HOWEVER it is easier when you start to thread them on the string. The glue makes it harder to get the needle through (causing a stick to the finger here and there!) I have not had issues with any (Glued or sewn) loops coming apart.....YET

@mommycraftsalot thank you. i have no propblems with the gluing. but since you skipped the part where you stitched to bow together,i have alot of problems with it. when i stitch it together,the bow is very loose but if i pull( firmly but now hard,)it breaks it and makes a big knot and then i have to redo the bow aaaallllll over again and ive done this a couple of times and no sucsess:( plz help
