This is right across the street from the Flintkote paper/asbestos mill and from what I can gather was what provided it with power. Whatever it was it was a lot bigger than it looked from outside.
i climbed to the top of that tank at :18 2 months ago. it was around 11:30pm and quite a rush. I remember the bottom of the ladder was broken and wasn't connected to the ground or w/e it was supposed to be connected to.
