By The Ears Productions presents the fourth episode of our "This Place... in Omaha™" series. We talk with Rachel Jacobson, the founder and director of Film Streams about the theater and what it means to Omaha.

Film Stream's theater The Ruth Sokolof Theater is located at 1340 Mike Fahey Street, just south of 14th & Cuming Streets in the north downtown area of Omaha, Nebraska. Film Streams is a non-profit theater that shows first-run independent, art-house and foreign film as well as repertory showings of interesting and important film. You can learn even more about Film Streams at: http://www.filmstreams.org

The goal of This Place... in Omaha™ is to spotlight places of interest that many local people are unaware of and that someone visiting the Omaha / Council Bluffs area might like to try, if only they knew about it. The series will be updated as By The Ears Productions shooting schedule allows. The makers of this series received no compensation for this video.
