How to work on stride rate or stride length by running downhill. Also good for working on step over sprint action.

  • Yes, it works great. really good for increasing stride length and firing up the CNS.

Same thing for uphill running, great for developing the elastic energy potential in the pelvic region.

  • the track near me is very step is it safe to hill sprint up a very step hill im talking very step

  • Sub-maximal slight down hills to work on technique? Great idea. I'm thinking I might use it as the last part of a warm-up on an extensive tempo day? Or maybe the end of the WO?
