again a comment on your awsome video/preformance , but damn im only 19 but i realy love this kind of music i admire it this has emotion or how ever you wanna put it , into the song , i know no one who likes this kind of music :P this makes me a loner considering the kind of music btw , i agree on your phylisofical stuff , john , and ive seen you on a documentary :P cool

I hear lots of great potential in your voice and interpretation. However, you should seriously consider formal lessons from a voice teacher who can guide you further to smooth out the rough edges. Even Frank Sinatra studied for years with formal voice lessons. Keep it up!

@one4two5 I've been away from singing for many years. In my prime, I could sing opera. This rendition isn't bad for a 59 year old man. If I were practicing every day, I believe I could bring my voice back to where it was. As it is, the rough edges give my voice more "character" than it had before. I like it... I find it interesting.

@one4two5 I listened to Michael Buble's rendition... very smooth, controlled. His sounds like Mel Torme's rendition... very smooth, controlled, flawless. My gawd, they practically sound alike. In fact, I used do a brilliant Mel Torme impersonation in his key. But it betrayed for me what it felt like to be natural, emotive, expressive. On the other hand, it confuses me that Rod Stewart, a man with no vocal talent, can come out with a best selling CD of old standards, including this one. LOL
