Phil Keaggy is the Greatest Acoustic Guitarist of All-time! Plus he is a True Gentleman too... Every single time I hear this Masterpiece while my eyes closed, “a panoramic picture of subtle wind flowing across a vast wheat field & gently kissing the wheat” automatically appears in front of me! (The Best Part is the Breathtaking ‘Pull off’ at 0min57sec) 

Who cares about what Jimi thought of Phil? He had his staple on all rock music that came after him and he wrote catchy, memorable songs, but he was not a great guitarist. He was not accomplished like Phil.

Silly myth after all, although I would imagine Jimi would of been just as impressed as most are by Mr Keaggy had he actually had a chance to listen to his material at some point of his life had he lived.
