Thank u for showing signs of a absent seizure. Our 8 yr old is having the exact same thing happening to her. We are going for a EEG this friday. I hope your son is ok.

I used to have these but longer and occasionally more severe. I ended up being diagnosed with a brain tumor that was pressing up against my spinal chord causing my seizures. scary stuff.

I have recently been experiencing some problems. When I am sitting down I get this buzzing feeling in the back of my head and then after that I can't remember anything. Am I having absence seizures?

@JRBouncerz2010 The first thing you should do is to be seen by a neurologist and request to have and E.E.G done also known as a Electro Encephalogram.

Have they tried a drug called Lamictal on him? I too have Complex Partial Seizures a.k.a Absence Seizures. I have had them since I was about 4 years old or so. I have been on many different anti-convulsants. I am now on Lamictal and have been on it for about 2 years now. I only have a seizure about once or twice a week now.

@boeremeisie1 Hell @boeremeisie1 thanks for your comments. My son the boy on the video is already off all medication for about 4 months and he has not had any seizures. He was on depako for two years.
