there is a way to get bloodworm helm you half to have sivering isles spell that resurrects the dead then you half to use skull of corruption to copy the guy then kill him save near him and reload it and click the loot button get it do not take the missing item then kill the real one take clone one to travern and after you give it to him get the one off the real one

@7CDucker23 Same here, i was in the testing hall and picked up the helm but i tried removing by using a cheat on the console but i dosen't work, so there is nothing i can do about it only just ignore the quest.
